Recently, The Farmhouse has undergone a comprehensive restyling and refurbishment to pay homage to the original settlers, Mary Ann & William Adams, who established the farm in 1850 as part of the pioneer settlement.
The Farmhouse invites exploration, with each room reflecting a harmonious blend of modern amenities and nostalgic details that harken back to times past. Promising a remarkable experience, The Farmhouse will let you pause "the hustle and bustle" of daily life the moment you step inside, we promise.
Spanning 230sqm across two levels, the interior includes:
・A welcoming front porch with dining table settings, lounge seating, and BBQ (mountain view)
・A spacious fully equipped and recently upgraded Country-style Kitchen with a fully stocked butler's pantry and dining area accommodating up to 8 guests
・A cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen featuring a recently built guest toilet, generous wardrobe space to hang jackets and place shoes upon arrival, additional storage cupboards, and access to the backyard clothes drying rack and Laundry room (wash machine + dryer)
・Three ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms
・All bedrooms come with exquisite bed linens, towels, toiletry supplies, and ceiling fans
・Air conditioning is available in the upper bedrooms, kitchen, and living room.

Upon arrival at the property, access is available through 2 driveway gates. A spacious carport accommodates 2 cars, with room for an additional 3-4 cars in the internal driveways. You'll have The Farmhouse all to yourself. There is, however, one discreet private room in the cottage that's cleverly tucked away, blending seamlessly with the house's overall layout. The fourth bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, is currently undergoing styling and furnishing. It will be ready for guests in the second half of 2024, designed to be perfect for children!
Kids:
When booking with young children, we recommend sharing their ages to set clear expectations. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy the space, and because we are familiar with every detail, it's wise to ensure beforehand that we are the perfect match for your needs!
Pets:
We adore animals! While we welcome specific hypoallergenic small dog breeds, please contact us in advance for confirmation. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100. Along with that, we will provide you with a Koala's Pet wash and Drying towel in case your furry friend gets wet paws during outdoor strolls.

The property is safeguarded by video cameras, allowing us to respond swiftly and ensure safety in emergencies.
