French Vintage Van
Wild Valley, in South West Gippsland, Victoria, is set on over 120 acres of undulating land that is part rainforest, part bushland and cleared farmland. Surrounded by the Strzelecki Ranges and the Tarra Bulga National Park in South West Gippsland, this is a hidden and peaceful treasure with postcard views. Our oasis from the city that we would like to share with fellow nature lovers.
There are plenty of sights and attractions in the area. Bush walking, fishing, bird watching, waterfalls or simply relaxing by a campfire are all a part of the enjoyment in this unique slice of Victoria.
An abundance of wild life, birds and untouched landscape will be yours to enjoy during your stay. Sit quietly and listen for the various sounds from the shy, rarely sighted Lyrebird or catch a wallaby grazing at sunset.
A 1974 retro van with a French touch decked out in original finds from the markets in Paris and local op shops. The van is equipped with all you will need for a relaxing escape from the city. It has a cosy queen size bed area and a table that will fold down to make another double bed.
Outside is a covered BBQ and outdoor kitchen area. A few metres away overlooking the valley is your private bush dunny and gas hot water shower with magnificent views - sitting or standing.
There is also enough space around the van to fit up to another 50 people camping. Perfect for lazy weekend gatherings of friends & family.

Fosters Gully Nature Trail - Morwell National Park
In this National Park wildlife thrives, with echidnas, kangaroos, possums, wallabies and wombats often spotted vanishing into the bush. You may also disturb a skink, goanna or other reptile on your walk. There are over 43 species of orchids, some of which are quite rare, have been identified in the dry Eucalypt woodlands as well as in the ferny gullies along the creek.
The Grand Strzelecki Track
Stand in awe under forest giants, or explore a lost world of ancient rainforest and not hear a sound except the birdsong of lyrebirds. Walk through rainforests so rare, most people have never heard of it.
Tarra-Bulga National Park
Corrigan Suspension Bridge
Walk to the remarkable Corrigan Suspension Bridge, which reaches through the rainforest canopy, offering stunning views of the lush fern gully below. Follow the signs from the Visitor Centre Carpark. (1.2 km, 25 min one way)
Beginning at the end of the Lyrebird Ridge Track, this track winds its way through Mountain Ash forest and a beautiful rainforest gully. This track contains some steeper sections and is unsurfaced, be sure to take care. (4.4 km, 1.5 hours return)
Morwell National Park
Located in the northern foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges, this national park is small but of great value in preserving the area's original plant and animal life. The perfect way to enjoy Morwell National Park is to head out walking. Fosters Gully Nature Walk provides an excellent introduction to the park.
RAINFOREST & WATERFALL
Tarra Valley Rainforest Walk
Explore Tarra Bulga National Park and admire the giant mountain ash trees and ancient myrtle beeches. You may even spot a lyrebird on the walk through lush fern glades and rainforest to Cyathea Falls. Walk distance 1.4km return.
The Grand Strzelecki Track
Bushwalkers can navigate from Park to Park and enjoy extensive walks beyond park boundaries, discovering crystal clear mountain streams, beautiful waterfalls, stunning views, endangered ecosystems, and flora and fauna that most visitors to the region have never seen.
