Ding Dang Doo Estate (Ding Dang Doo Ranch Family Trust Pty Ltd)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.
“Property” means all venues at Ding Dang Doo Estate and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment. “Management” means the owners and managers of the Property.
"Guests" means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.
2. Acceptance and Responsibility
Payment of the Deposit and or use of the access code to gain property access constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. CHECK IN/ OUT
• Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date.
• Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
• You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 7 days before arrival.
• Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows: arrival, key collection, check-out, key return if you fail to return the key $100 charges will apply.
When using Online Payment Systems, your Booking is split into two portions – the non- refundable deposit and the remaining balance. We have our bookings listed on strict, please read the bookings platform regulations.
5. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $100 is required (via platform or invoice) at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management because of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
6. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited without appointment, and no noise should be heard outside the property after 10pm every night. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
7. LINEN & TOWELS
We supply linen, pillows, blankets, and bath towels. Any bath towels which are used to clean dogs or cars an additional cleaning fee of $25/load for laundering.
Pets are allowed at the Property. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If your pet destroys property by scratching extra fees will incur to cover these cost and damage.
9. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and noise level. These instructions will be reasonable requests for the purposes of security of the Property and neighbourhood complaints. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion) Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges apply or you may be evicted from the property and the agreement terminated without refund. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may payable for security and other expenses. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card via our platforms. The standard cleaning fees are as follows: • 1 to 2 Guests $85.00.
All Fixtures and furnishings must not be moved any furniture not in the original position may incur additional changes. The property must be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the lockbox where they were received refer to house operation manual for details. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. Smoking is permitted on the Property but only at the patio outside!
11. PROBLEMS or COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible via your booking’s platform. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
11.1 Damage to the Venue
a) The Guests must report to the Property Manager any damage to the Venue, The Venue Facilities, any of the Additional Facilities or other equipment, facilities and services provided by Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape sustained during use by the Guests, any Associated Person or any persons attending the Event immediately upon becoming aware of the damage at arrival.
b) The Guests must pay to Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape the cost of repairing and making good any damage of the type referred to in paragraph 1(a) (unless caused by the negligence of Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape, its employees, or agents) including the cost of labour and materials and replacement equipment and must if required by Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape itself, repair and make good any such damage and this will be logged via the bookings platform & photo’s will be taking before and after the booked stay.
c) The Guests must pay to Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape the amount of any revenue which Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape calculates to have been lost by reason of any damage of the type referred to in paragraph 1 (a) or the repairing and making good of any such damage.
11.2 Refunds Claims
a) Ding Dang Doo Estate is not responsible neither will give a refund regards the following clauses.
1. Disturbance created by neighbouring properties. (e.g., mowing or riding dirt bikes)
2. Weather forecast to be not as guests wishes.
a) Ding Dang Doo Estates property upper venues might be used as a small events location during your stay.
b) All events finish at 11pm if not earlier.
11.3 Additional House Rules
a) No smoking in the glamping tents.
b) Dogs are not always allowed on the furniture.
c) Cars need to stay on the designated car park.
d) Ding Dang Doo Ranch Escape will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to The Guests or Visitors, The Guests or The Visitor pets included.
e) Quiet time at 11pm.
We only have a couple of horses living at Ding Dang Doo Estate please do not enter their paddocks.
In times of drought, we must have water trucked in. We ask that guests respect this time & keep the length of showers to a minimum. Please do your dishes as we will charge extra cleaning fee ($50).
If you will be consuming alcohol, we ask that you drink responsibly.
We spend lots of time maintaining our garden, please don't drive over our lawn as it has an underground irrigation system. PLEASE STAY OFF THE GRASS AT ALL TIMES.
