Welcome to Central Highlands Victoria & Graze-Ballan with all the beautiful food and wine it has to offer. Your stay is a mix of farm-stay/glamping, with an option of a high-end gourmet experience. The facilities are eclectic and full of charm. A starter brekkie pack is supplied, there's a menu for meals and beverages, or you can self-cater from the outdoor camp-style kitchen. You'll enjoy friendly farm animals and your own furbaby is welcome. We offer pet sitting should you like a fur free time out and transfers from the local station....

Additional Information

Eclectic features, with art deco touches, and glamping style sleeping. The main bedroom is a beautifully renovated Gypsy Van with all linen and towels supplied. The second bedroom is a Retro Caravan. For this space you bring your own linen or sleeping bags but we do provide towels.
There is also plenty of room for a tent if your group grows but the cabin really only seats 4 comfortably, albeit there is plenty of outdoor space and seating.

The cabin serves as your dining and lounge room. A quality bathroom and camp-style kitchen complete the fully fenced and secluded space with it's own car parking.

Only one party or booking it taken at any one time. IE you won't share the space with others.

We are nearby for anything you might need...interaction level is totally up to you but we're happy to look after your pet if you are ducking out for a pet free experience

Graze Ballan is a secluded 'estate' of 5-acre just off the Ballan Daylesford Rd. 20 minutes from the centre of Daylesford and 20 minutes from Ballarat. We are a short drive from the Ballan Station and always willing to give you a lift if we're around

Small groups gathering here is fine but no large parties that exceed 10 people....
