Goulburn River
The Goulburn is the longest river in Victoria, and one of the most beautiful. It is a deep and ancient river, which slowly meanders through the bush and provides a habitat for many species of flora and fauna.

FLY FISHING
The Goulburn River flows through the property
Anglers who fish this river expect to catch brown and rainbow trout, redfin and carp. Trout are the primary target species.

THE FLOWING GOULBURN RIVER
This beautiful river flows through the property and is the perfect place to swim, paddle and float in the warmer seasons.

CAMP SUNSET
After choosing where to set up camp, light the fire and unwind as you watch the light fade. There is nothing like sitting under a star filled sky at night in front of the fire.

WILDLIFE ON THE PROPERTY
We have a large Wombat population and the reclusive Platypus is spotted regularly in the Lagoon and Goulburn river. A battalion of Kangaroos also pass through in the mornings.

STARGAZING
With no light pollution, Bush Hideouts is the perfect place to spend the evening stargazing rather than your usual TV gazing. On a clear night the stars shine bright and are a sight to behold.
