And there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom located in our new Airstream just a short walk away...

Guests won't have to sacrifice comfort to enjoy this secluded, 'Walk In'-'Off Grid' slice of paradise.
The professionally curated Airstream and Tipi interiors create a stunning and unusual space with beautiful bedding, leather chairs, natural sheepskins, authentic Native and Tribal rugs and Pendleton Wool blankets. Guests will be cozy inside as they have use of heaters and/or a battery powered fan. There is also solar battery inside the Tipi for lighting and charge phones, etc...
Cuddle up with the cozy down comforters, pillows, designer bedding and crisp Cotton sheets for a relaxing stay in nature.
Important Note: This is an adults only 100% non cigarette smoking’Glamping Accommodation'... (Glamorous Camping). The Tipi has heaters, but guests should read the entire description to make sure this property is is a good fit.
We do NOT allow sleeping in the Airstream. In the event that you use Airstream bed, you will be charged an additional fee.

The 'New' Retro Airstream provides guests with exclusive use of the well stocked and fully equipped kitchen that invites guests to cook and enjoy great meals together.
The bathroom and shower are luxurious and spacious, with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels!
Once the site of a Native encampment, guest will enjoy an authentic experience, as there is a lot of history here... We have often found arrowheads at this site!
(Please Note: All Native artifacts must stay with the property).
There is access to parking by the 'Upper Barn'.
As this is a 'walk in' property, guest will be provided with a handy garden wagon for transporting luggage the 100 yards from the parking.
Due to the nature of this property, and its relatively remote location, guests will be required to call the morning of their booking to fine tune the directions and confirm their arrival time.
Please Note: This property has a 2 night minimum, we can not accommodate one night bookings. In addition, we can not accommodate self check-ins. so please allow at least 15 min. for the initial walk through...
This listing consists of 2 units, all equipped to a very high standard. To keep this property clean, guests must remove their shoes before entry.
Think 'Green'... This spacious 22 ft Tipi is 'Off Grid' but has a fully charged battery that will run the LED lights and charge your phones, etc.... And there are also heaters to keep you warm and toasty inside the unit.
Guests will access the Tipi through our meadow and will be provided with a garden wagon to transport their gear.
You are 'Glamping' so please be familiar with this type of accommodation and be sure to be prepared for inclement weather...
We will provide guests with fresh water from our Natural Spring and an Ice Chest inside the Tipi.
Guests will have exclusive use of a stylish bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen located in our 2015 'Retro' Airstream... The Airstream is located near the parking area and is just over 100 yards from the Tipi.
My staff and myself go above and beyond to make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned! We wash off everything! Always have and always will. From light switches to all door handles, etc... my staff and myself are diligent!
So rest assured, our property will be professionally cleaned and sterilized from top to bottom before your arrival for your comfort and safety!
The Airstream is in a great location behind our farm's 'Upper Barn' and is very private. There is a picnic table available outside the Airstream for outdoor dining, as well as a comfortable seating area inside the unit.
Please Note: The Airstream is for bathroom and kitchen use only! Sorry, it is not available for sleeping or overnight stays. An additional fee will be charged if the bed is used.
We ask that guests please remember that they are 'Glamping' and to please be aware that there may be bugs... And although we have gone to great lengths to keep the water from coming in... We can NOT guarantee that here won't be moisture.
This Tipi has a 'critter guard', but as it is located out in a wild meadow, there may also be small woodland creatures about...
No shoes allowed inside the Airstream or Tipi!
Non-registered guests are not allowed on the property.
Do NOT flush anything other than the toilet paper provided!
We do not allow any food or cooking inside the Tipi, as it attracts animals. There is a full kitchen and dining area in the Airstream.
Due to the extreme risk of fire in this location this is a 100% non-cigarette smoking property. Cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or it's surroundings. Including the bottom of the drive or street. We almost lost our farm in 2020 due to wildfires.... So please be respectful...
Please do not send booking requests for stays less than 2 days or ask to bring your pet. We can not allow pets or service animals at this time as we have a dog and other livestock on the property.
Please be aware that this listing includes some common spaces and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to our livestock and/or other guests.
Due to safety concerns this property is not suitable for infants or children.
Please do not flush or put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Late arrivals (after 8:00 pm) can be accommodate by special request in writing, but must be made in advance and may be subject to an additional fee if we have to hire someone to check you in.
Guests are greeted upon arrival. Please allow at least 15 minutes for us to show you the property....

The work is never ending but oh so rewarding... The fruits of my labor realized literally! A place where my horses can eat green grass and run free... A place for friends to gather, share a great pot of coffee or a good bottle of wine...tell stories, play music and enjoy the gardens... Did I mention gardens?
Looking forward to the warmer summer months this year... Excited about what my garden will produce... Maybe get in a trip to Ireland or maybe Bali before the end of the year...…
