Want the pros of glamping, without the cons?
Our cosy glampers are the ideal way to do it. Switch off and relax in the beautiful countryside, with no sacrifice to your creature comforts. We have four glampervan sites - each in walking distance and visible to the others, but altogether private. Its a perfect set-up for several couples wanting to head away together but have their own privacy.

Tramp in the brisk mountain air then cosy up with an espresso coffee, a panel heater, electric blanket and hot shower. And outside our well-protected, sun-facing veranda has a gas bbq and gas heater, plus outside light to watch and listen to the night life.

There are 3 other Glampers on the property which you can find on Riparide. (type Glamper in the search bar)

Additional Information

Remote serenity: Up on a rise towards the back of our 200-acre property of rolling Strath Creek hills dotted with bushland, you’re far enough away from others to be undisturbed. And from the covered deck, you’ll look out to views that will make your heart soar.

Mod cons: The glamper is fully self-contained with queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, coffee machine, TV and DVD, and that covered deck. Whatever the weather outside, the well-heated interior and electric blanket will keep you cosy.

Just bring food and drink, and your favourite person. Relax, and listen to the sounds of the countryside. Cook your dinner on the BBQ and warm your toes at the fire as you watch the sun set across the valley. The next morning, greet the kangaroo families that bound across the ridge while you sip your morning espresso.

You’ll be away from it all… with a deck and an ensuite.

We have two other accommodation options for the Village Green, but all are separate from each other and our glampervan site is the most secluded of all.

Staying in our glampervan offers a tiny house experience: Key features include:
- A single room (that’s bright and fresh) with a queen-sized bed, a small table for dining, and a kitchenette
- A divan that folds out to a double sized bed. This can accommodate up to 2 small children.
- Everything you need to self-cater … with a touch of luxury (including a coffee machine)
- An adjoining ensuite, fully equipped

It’s the best of all worlds – you’re away from it all, but the comfort came with you.

On Friday nights, wander down the track to the Village Green Pavilion and join the locals for the weekly wine bar and cafe. Great pizza, open fire, and plenty of friendly Strath Creek people.

Please note that we're unable to offer WiFi, and unless you are with Telstra, mobile reception can be patchy.

Interaction with guests
As much or as little as you'd like. We'll communicate with you beforehand so you know where to go and how to access the glamper - if you wish to see us, we live on the property, just a short walk down the rise.

If you do come and stay, and your visit includes a Friday night, we'd welcome to come join us in the Pavilion at our weekly wine bar opening - we're open on every Friday of the year (except in August) and plenty of locals drop by. We serve cafe-style meals: pizzas from our clay pizza oven and various other selections.

The glampervans are a 5 minute walk away however, so if you choose to stay tucked in, you won't be disturbed. You can have whatever kind of weekend you like!

The camper van exceeded expectation and the property was beautiful. We took John’s advice and did a short but steep walk up a hill on the property, the views were breathtaking.

I hope we will be back.

Amazing location and hosts. We had a great time at The Village Green and would definitely come back again. Glamper Two was very well fitted out and had everything thing we needed. Spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and a great wine bar on the Friday night....

We were welcomed by John & Ros at their Cafe/Bar The Pavillion, which is located on the property. John showed us our Glamper for the evening and introduced us to some of the 4 legged friends also!
The van is so clean and tidy and has everything you will need. We set up and got the fire going as we watched the sunset over the mountains. It was a clear night and we star gazed while sitting on the deck, attending to our fire.
There are 4 vans there, and we were the only ones there for the evening. It felt so secluded and exactly what we needed.
Waking up in the morning to the alpacas and Tom, the horse in the field next to us was a joy! We had a BBQ breakfast and sat on the deck again to the sun shining and appreciating the serenity.

John & Ros have done an amazing job of setting the vans up and we will most definitely be back with friends to enjoy this property again!

There are walks you can do in the area, but mostly, it is a peaceful experience where you can sit back and relax with loved ones.
