Sleep by the Sea
Adventure in Boomerang Beach, North Coast, NSW, AU
Greeted with a toasty fire, we immediately felt right at home in this modern beach house, nestled in amongst the trees.
Waking up the next morning to beautiful sunshine meant only one thing - beach day.
Leave the car in the driveway because it's a only 2-minute walk to one of Australia's most beautiful beaches. If you're into surfing, chances are you'll find a waves as you have the option of Blueys on the Southside and Tuncurry a little further north.
We brought a jetski, which turned out to be an awesome novelty in the smaller waves for doing airs off the waves. Once we had our fun, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the local cafe in Blueys, Kembali. If you go, be sure to try the Nasi Goreng!
The area is beautiful but it's hard to beat relaxation time at this place. We had the fire on every time we were home and made use of the awesome kitchen space and coffee machine provided.
The only downside is that once you spend a couple of days in this sleepy coastal town, you will find it really hard to leave....
