The Treehouse Escape
Adventure in The Pocket, North Coast, NSW, AU
The Treehouse is an escape we didn’t want to come back from! A short 45 min drive from our town and into the beautiful Pocket, we were greeted by Robin – a great guide and a fantastic host! We boarded his 4WD and up the mountain, we went. The road to The Treehouse is quite the adventure! Once we reached our destination we were met with an already burning fire, the cosiest treehouse cabin and a curious cat who was happy to meet the new guests.
The house has two stories both with incredible views looking over the valley below and stretching all the way to the ocean. This is really one of the highlights of The Treehouse, waking up to the sun rising over the mountain range. There's no need to watch the TV, you can lose yourself just staring off into the view for hours.
The Treehouse comes with a fully equipped kitchen where we prepared delicious meals. We ate in front of the fire and in the perfect little breakfast nook which also provides stunning views.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse and can’t wait to return for a longer stay soon....

Things We Did
- Waterfall
If you enjoy a hike, follow Robin's map into the valley of his property and discover a beautiful refreshing waterfall. The hike there and back takes roughly 1hr so bring water and snacks. We would recommend this hike for people who have experience hiking or enjoy walking through mildly challenging Terran....
