Forever Sunday features 4 generous bedrooms - each suitable for couples, including a master suite featuring walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Each room has been curated with its own aesthetic in mind, featuring decadent linen bedding, premium fittings, indoor plants and views of the surrounding gardens.
The contemporary kitchen has been designed with entertaining in mind and is setup to prepare all kinds of meals and baking. It is fully equip with state of the art appliances and fittings including dishwasher, double Smeg oven and coffee appliances.
The spacious open plan lounge and dining area is dripping with natural sunlight and features polished concrete floors, high-pitched ceilings, an 8 person dining table, luxurious linen lounge, flat screen TV, Sonos surround sound speakers, and an extensive library of books to peruse whilst sitting by the fire on the chaise.
For the outdoor lovers: Forever Sunday has a large covered balcony area with 2 entertaining dining tables, BBQ and lounges overlooking the magnesium pool and timber deck chairs. WIFI Internet
The Wi-Fi password is 32220865. The Wi-Fi is TP-Link_C603
Fire extinguisher, blanket and first aid kit.
These are kept in the cupboard under the sink. Hopefully you will not need to use any of them.
Septic System
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Bins have been provided for everything else.
TV/Entertainment
The TV is remote controlled only, please do not manually adjust. To select Netflix press the middle multi coloured button and enter your account details.
Board Games
A selection of board games can be found in the middle cupboard of the library.
Sonos Surround Sound
The Sonos system has 4 speakers and 1 portable speaker. The fixed speakers next to the antique hutch, the Sound Bar in front of the TV, the other side of the book shelf and near the desk/fireplace. The TV runs through the SoundBar and 2 others. The portable speaker (SONOS Move) will be left next to the desk. This can be taken outside and has a charging port with it as well. All of these speakers run off wifi. You can download the SONOS app and navigate or select through Spotify in listening devices. We ask that you be mindful of our neighbours with outdoor music in the evening.
Air Conditioning
We have designed the house so that extra cooling or heating is rarely needed. If the house stays closed up during hot or cold weather it will stay at a comfortable temperature most of the time. Please minimise power usage and thereby reduce Forever Sunday’s impact on the environment by ensuring air conditioning / heating is only used when necessary, and that all doors and windows are closed when using the a/c on heating or cooling cycles.
Please opt for use of the fireplace during winter, or the fans/open doors where possible.
When it is required there is a touch screen control panel next to the antique hutch. The rooms are zoned and are able to be selected by pressing the buttons to control. The temperature and fan speed is preset depending on the time of year.
Backup Generator
As we are completely off grid we do have a backup generator that will automatically come on if the power consumption is too much for our battery system. This is rare but will also depend on your consumption of energy. As a general rule of thumb we use all appliances when the sun is shining.
Gas
In the unlikely event that the gas runs out, resulting in no hot water or no stovetop gas, the gas bottle around the back of the property will need to be changed over by the simple flick of a switch. For this to happen you just need to locate the large gas bottles, turn off the empty gas bottle, turn the switch to the full bottle and then open the valve. That is it. Should you need any help please ring and we can walk you through it. We have a solar hot water system with an instant gas back up.
Fireplace
The fireplace inside is only to be used between April and September. When available the fireplace will be stacked for you to light upon arrival and wood left next to the fireplace with extra on the veranda.
KITCHEN
Smeg oven
For the ovens to operate the clock needs to be set and the mode for the oven selected before it will operate. Eco mode on the top right oven is the best setting and the 5th setting on the bottom left. A manual will be placed in the back of the compendium.
Tea & Coffee
There is a drawer in the pantry containing a selection of coffee percolators & plungers. There is also a milk frother - to use: plug it into the wall socket, press the power button, select the second setting by pressing the power button again. Make sure you do not go over the maximum line. Remove the power cord and cover the socket before washing. Avoid wetting the outside of the canister.
Dishwasher
Please note all dishes and cutlery need to be rinsed before being placed in the dishwasher. Place a dishwashing tablet in the dishwasher, select the power button and close the door - you will notice the sound begin immediately. We also ask that you please load and start the dishwasher at the end of your visit before you depart.
Garbage
Spare liner bags are in the cupboard beneath the sink, next to the bin.
The garbage bins are in the drawer to the right of the sink. There are 3 Stainless steel garbages on the veranda. 2 are for recycling and one for general waste.
Regular waste goes in the front bin. Bottles, cans and newspapers should be placed in the recycling bin at the back of the drawer.
Compost and waste must not be left out overnight as the possums and turkeys will break open the bags and make a mess. There is a sage green compost container to the right of the sink. At this point we throw all of the waste on the grass over near the trees if you were to walk out onto the veranda, turn right past the house and past the driveway. The wallabies do the rest.
Dining table
There is a full table setting for up to 8 guests including a linen tablecloth, placemats, napkins, dinner plate, side plate, cereal bowl & pasta bowl. All crockery lives in the drawers in the kitchen island. Tablecloths, placemats & napkins can be found in the bottom right drawer of the island bench. 2 sage green tablecloths for the inside table and a white and oat cloth for the outside should you want them. The olive green placemats are rectangles and the napkins square.
Glassware
There is a selection of glassware on the shelf in the pantry including water glasses and plastic glasses suitable for use in the pool area. There are a selection of wine & cocktail glasses in the antique wooden hutch beside the fridge.
Washing Machine
If you need to use the washing machine or heat pump during your stay please use the laundry liquid provided. Turn on the washing machine, turn the dial to ‘every day’ to the left and hit start. The heat pump is automated and you just need to turn on, load clothes and press start. It is sensor driven and will turn off when clothes are dry. There is also a clothesline with pegs hanging between 2 trees on the other side of the road on the bedroom side of the house.
OUTSIDE
Garden Lighting
The pool and garden lights are on a timer and will turn on at dusk and off at 11pm. We ask that you cease all amplified music at this point with respect for our neighbours.
Barbeque
The BBQ is fairly straightforward. The gas bottles need to be turned on and off after each use. There are also some utensils and foil trays in one of the drawers.
Pizza Oven
When using the pizza oven get a small fire going off to one side slowly adding timber as you go. It does not take a lot of flame to heat up enough to cook a pizza quickly. IF you leave the door ajar or off whilst the fire starts it will work better. The pizza oven is not to be used in a total fire ban. Small twigs and branches on the ground from around the property are great for getting the fire going. Tools for the pizza oven are next to it.
Firepit
Wood will be provided for the fire pit. Please keep the fire small and be careful. Fires are not permitted during a total fire ban.
Smoker
The wood smoker works by starting a small fire in the small offset chamber. The gauge on the main unit will tell you at what heat you are smoking. Whilst this feature is for you to use and enjoy, smoking meats can take a long time. Sometimes up to 12-14 hrs. Like the pizza oven, start with small twigs and sticks, gradually increasing the size of the wood.
Smoking
For the comfort of incoming guests, we ask that smokers do so outdoors and dispose of butts in the ashtray or bins provided. Cleaning charges will apply if guests smoke inside the property.
Wildlife
Please do not encourage wildlife by feeding by hand. Some of them are quieter than others and it has taken some time for the animals to trust us on their land. Please do not approach or try to touch them.
Check-out
On the day of check out guests are kindly asked to vacate the property by 10:00 am NSW time. Please refill ice trays, load and wash and plates, glasses or crockery in the dishwasher and leave any used towels in the baskets provided or on the bathroom floor. Do not leave wet towels on rugs or beds.
ACTIVITIES
Swimming
The pool filter will come on automatically. In the case of wind there will be a scoop on an extendable pole available to you to get any leaves out of the pool and this is kept behind the shed.
Sauna
Please ensure no skin contact with the inside timber of the sauna.Please use towels. Leave shoes outside and brush any rocks off your feet before you get in.
The sauna has an on button and is set to a specific temperature. To have the Sauna press the on button once. The display unit will tell you what the temperature is without power. When you touch the on button again the ‘working’ light will come on and you will hear and see the elements kick in. It takes approx 10-15 minutes for the sauna to reach its operating temperature depending on the starting temperature. When finished, hold the power button for 4 seconds and it will turn off.
To connect to the wireless speaker, open the bluetooth settings on your device and select ‘IR Sauna’. More information available at the back of the compendium.
Please stay hydrated before and after the use of the sauna and if you are experiencing any discomfort stop your session.
Outdoor baths
The heating for the baths and outdoor shower run off the gas instant hot water system. Please be mindful of water use, especially in dry times. We rely on rain water. The top taps are hot and the bottom cold. It does take a short time for the hot water to come across from the shed.
Fire Evacuation Plan
In the event of a housefire or bushfire please make your way out of the property back onto Martins Creek Road. When it is safe to do so, call 000 and also notify us.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking. Guests accept and are held fully responsible for their visitors or children which may result in injury or harm when staying or visiting the property and its surrounds. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction with no refund or cancellation of your booking.
CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT
Standard check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and the property is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 10am. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure an early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night.
Upon checkout ensure the property is left how you found it with the exception of beds being made and towels left in the hampers, laundry, or bathrooms. All cutlery, plates, glasses etc must be washed and put back in its place. An extra cleaning fee will be applied in the event this does not happen.
SECURITY BOND
Your credit card details will be held on the system as a security bond. Your credit card will be automatically debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required. Please note we will only process monies on your credit card or if there is reported damage to the Property, or if the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. If you do not hold a credit card and cannot provide one as a bond, we will require a $3000 cash bond to be paid. This payment will be refunded within 5 business days of departure, once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required. (Please inform us via email if you wish to pay the required bond via this method). Forever Sunday is designed to a very high standard, the property is finished and furnished with costly materials and products. You become responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you check-out. Any damaged items in the property will be charged the full advertised replacement cost and product brand. The Property is a residential premise and is strictly for Residential use. The number of occupants allowed is as per approved on your booking email and as advertised. The use of the property for functions, parties or other like mass gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless written consent has been emailed by management. This includes children’s parties. Use of the property for such events or other than as a residential premise will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including an unauthorised function/extra cleaning fee of $500).
FUNCTIONS + LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
For bookings in which more than 8 people will be at the location at any one-time,further terms and conditions will be sent.
LOCATION HIRE AND COLLABORATIONS
Location hire for photoshoots and video shoots must be pre-approved in writing by management. No images including the property are to be used for marketing purposes unless pre-approved in writing by us. Check in and departure times can be organised with management. Any images taken at the property for the purposes of a collaboration are only to be used in promoting the said property, and the owners of Forever Sunday has ownership of all media taken. No media will be used unless Forever Sunday has approved and has given credit.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The maximum number of guests at any one time is 8. At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management in writing. The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff.
CHILDREN
Standardly we accept children under the age of 2. The property is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12, however if you would like to reach out to us, we may consider your request. There are no highchairs, porta cots or anything else supplied. In the event your stay with children is approved, no refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check in. Supervision of children around the pool, sauna, fireplaces, roads, driveways, bushland and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and Forever Sunday accepts no responsibility.
FIREPLACES
Fireplaces are to be operated by adults over the age of 18 only and are operated at your own risk. This extends to the pizza oven and wood fired smoker. You will be held liable for any damage you cause including smoke or ember damage from incorrect use. When using the wood fire, you will ensure the fire is put out entirely whenever you leave the premises even for short periods. Supervision of children around all fireplaces is required and is the responsibility of parents/guardians. ALL fireplaces and their external casings can get very hot and may cause serious burns if touched. It is strongly recommended that the fireplaces not be operated when children are staying onsite.
POOL
When using the pool, it is advised that you not be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. A CPR chart is provided in case of an emergency. There is strictly NO GLASS to be in the pool area. Plastic cups have been provided for this. Cans are fine.
SAUNA
When using the sauna, no skin must come into contact with the timber for hygiene reasons. Each guest is provided with two (2) towels. The sauna is on a timer but must be turned off after each use. It is also recommended you are hydrated. For more information refer to the compendium.
FIREPIT
Fires in the firepit are permitted between the 1st of April and the 1st of October. No fires anywhere else on the property.
NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We ask that all amplified music is to cease at 11pm. Whilst we are situated on 211 acres, we are in a valley and the noise at night travels.
PET POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card to the amount of $1000 per pet.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking inside you will be charged an additional $1000 for a specialised clean to eliminate odours and remove chemical residue before future guests may use the space.
PARKING
There is ample space for parking, including a 2-car carport. No vehicles to drive off the designated driveway and no parking or driving on the grass.
CLEANING
Forever Sunday must be left in the condition it was in upon guests’ arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes, glasses, etc not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). There are three (3) 70L bins provided and situated on the veranda, as well as two (2) 50L bins in the kitchen. Any rubbish extra to this must be taken with you or will incur a $200 removal fee. Any rubbish not considered to be related to food or beverages must be taken with you. Please report any existing damage to the property upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.
NO FURNITURE TO BE MOVED DURING YOUR STAY
INDEMNITY
Guests and their visitors’ actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. Forever Sunday does not condone unsafe, irresponsible, or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time. Your booking request will be confirmed once your payment has been receipted and a receipt emailed to you following your booking confirmation.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your dates. If payment is not received by the due date, Forever Sunday reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Forever Sunday is not liable for and is not required to honour any pricing displayed that is quoted in error. A cancellation under these circumstances does not incur any cancellation fee. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the booking. Minimum length of stay restrictions apply to certain rates during special event periods.
Preferred method of payment is Visa and MasterCard, and a 1.96% surcharge applies for these card transactions.
SECURITY BOND
Your credit card details will be held on the system and your credit card will be automatically debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given if the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between then and up to 7 days prior to booking. No refund for any cancellations made with in 7 days of booked arrival date.
In the event Forever Sunday must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However, we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel delays and all other unforeseen incidents and accidents.

Should you need any help please ring and we can walk you through it. We have a solar hot water system with an instant gas back up.
Fireplace
The fireplace inside is only to be used between April and September. When available the fireplace will be stacked for you to light upon arrival and wood left next to the fireplace with extra on the veranda.
KITCHEN
Smeg oven
For the ovens to operate the clock needs to be set and the mode for the oven selected before it will operate. Eco mode on the top right oven is the best setting and the 5th setting on the bottom left. A manual will be placed in the back of the compendium.
Tea & Coffee
There is a drawer in the pantry containing a selection of coffee percolators & plungers. There is also a milk frother - to use: plug it into the wall socket, press the power button, select the second setting by pressing the power button again. Make sure you do not go over the maximum line. Remove the power cord and cover the socket before washing. Avoid wetting the outside of the canister.
Dishwasher
Please note all dishes and cutlery need to be rinsed before being placed in the dishwasher. Place a dishwashing tablet in the dishwasher, select the power button and close the door - you will notice the sound begin immediately. We also ask that you please load and start the dishwasher at the end of your visit before you depart.
Garbage
Spare liner bags are in the cupboard beneath the sink, next to the bin.
The garbage bins are in the drawer to the right of the sink. There are 3 Stainless steel garbages on the veranda. 2 are for recycling and one for general waste.
Regular waste goes in the front bin. Bottles, cans and newspapers should be placed in the recycling bin at the back of the drawer.
Compost and waste must not be left out overnight as the possums and turkeys will break open the bags and make a mess. There is a sage green compost container to the right of the sink. At this point we throw all of the waste on the grass over near the trees if you were to walk out onto the veranda, turn right past the house and past the driveway. The wallabies do the rest.
Dining table
There is a full table setting for up to 8 guests including a linen tablecloth, placemats, napkins, dinner plate, side plate, cereal bowl & pasta bowl. All crockery lives in the drawers in the kitchen island. Tablecloths, placemats & napkins can be found in the bottom right drawer of the island bench. 2 sage green tablecloths for the inside table and a white and oat cloth for the outside should you want them. The olive green placemats are rectangles and the napkins square.
Glassware
There is a selection of glassware on the shelf in the pantry including water glasses and plastic glasses suitable for use in the pool area. There are a selection of wine & cocktail glasses in the antique wooden hutch beside the fridge.
Washing Machine
If you need to use the washing machine or heat pump during your stay please use the laundry liquid provided. Turn on the washing machine, turn the dial to ‘every day’ to the left and hit start. The heat pump is automated and you just need to turn on, load clothes and press start. It is sensor driven and will turn off when clothes are dry. There is also a clothesline with pegs hanging between 2 trees on the other side of the road on the bedroom side of the house.
OUTSIDE
Garden Lighting
The pool and garden lights are on a timer and will turn on at dusk and off at 11pm. We ask that you cease all amplified music at this point with respect for our neighbours.
Barbeque
The BBQ is fairly straightforward. The gas bottles need to be turned on and off after each use. There are also some utensils and foil trays in one of the drawers.
Pizza Oven
When using the pizza oven get a small fire going off to one side slowly adding timber as you go. It does not take a lot of flame to heat up enough to cook a pizza quickly. IF you leave the door ajar or off whilst the fire starts it will work better. The pizza oven is not to be used in a total fire ban. Small twigs and branches on the ground from around the property are great for getting the fire going. Tools for the pizza oven are next to it.
Firepit
Wood will be provided for the fire pit. Please keep the fire small and be careful. Fires are not permitted during a total fire ban.
Smoker
The wood smoker works by starting a small fire in the small offset chamber. The gauge on the main unit will tell you at what heat you are smoking. Whilst this feature is for you to use and enjoy, smoking meats can take a long time. Sometimes up to 12-14 hrs. Like the pizza oven, start with small twigs and sticks, gradually increasing the size of the wood.
Smoking
For the comfort of incoming guests, we ask that smokers do so outdoors and dispose of butts in the ashtray or bins provided. Cleaning charges will apply if guests smoke inside the property.
Wildlife
Please do not encourage wildlife by feeding by hand. Some of them are quieter than others and it has taken some time for the animals to trust us on their land. Please do not approach or try to touch them.
Check-out
On the day of check out guests are kindly asked to vacate the property by 10:00 am NSW time. Please refill ice trays, load and wash and plates, glasses or crockery in the dishwasher and leave any used towels in the baskets provided or on the bathroom floor. Do not leave wet towels on rugs or beds.
ACTIVITIES
Swimming
The pool filter will come on automatically. In the case of wind there will be a scoop on an extendable pole available to you to get any leaves out of the pool and this is kept behind the shed.
Sauna
Please ensure no skin contact with the inside timber of the sauna.Please use towels. Leave shoes outside and brush any rocks off your feet before you get in.
The sauna has an on button and is set to a specific temperature. To have the Sauna press the on button once. The display unit will tell you what the temperature is without power. When you touch the on button again the ‘working’ light will come on and you will hear and see the elements kick in. It takes approx 10-15 minutes for the sauna to reach its operating temperature depending on the starting temperature. When finished, hold the power button for 4 seconds and it will turn off.
To connect to the wireless speaker, open the bluetooth settings on your device and select ‘IR Sauna’. More information available at the back of the compendium.
Please stay hydrated before and after the use of the sauna and if you are experiencing any discomfort stop your session.
Outdoor baths
The heating for the baths and outdoor shower run off the gas instant hot water system. Please be mindful of water use, especially in dry times. We rely on rain water. The top taps are hot and the bottom cold. It does take a short time for the hot water to come across from the shed.
Fire Evacuation Plan
In the event of a housefire or bushfire please make your way out of the property back onto Martins Creek Road. When it is safe to do so, call 000 and also notify us.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking. Guests accept and are held fully responsible for their visitors or children which may result in injury or harm when staying or visiting the property and its surrounds. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction with no refund or cancellation of your booking.
CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT
Standard check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival and the property is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out by 10am. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking and can only be confirmed 1 day prior to arrival or departure. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the only way to absolutely ensure an early check-in or late check-out is to book an extra night.
Upon checkout ensure the property is left how you found it with the exception of beds being made and towels left in the hampers, laundry, or bathrooms. All cutlery, plates, glasses etc must be washed and put back in its place. An extra cleaning fee will be applied in the event this does not happen.
SECURITY BOND
Your credit card details will be held on the system as a security bond. Your credit card will be automatically debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required. Please note we will only process monies on your credit card or if there is reported damage to the Property, or if the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. If you do not hold a credit card and cannot provide one as a bond, we will require a $3000 cash bond to be paid. This payment will be refunded within 5 business days of departure, once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required. (Please inform us via email if you wish to pay the required bond via this method). Forever Sunday is designed to a very high standard, the property is finished and furnished with costly materials and products. You become responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you check-out. Any damaged items in the property will be charged the full advertised replacement cost and product brand. The Property is a residential premise and is strictly for Residential use. The number of occupants allowed is as per approved on your booking email and as advertised. The use of the property for functions, parties or other like mass gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless written consent has been emailed by management. This includes children’s parties. Use of the property for such events or other than as a residential premise will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including an unauthorised function/extra cleaning fee of $500).
FUNCTIONS + LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
For bookings in which more than 8 people will be at the location at any one-time,further terms and conditions will be sent.
LOCATION HIRE AND COLLABORATIONS
Location hire for photoshoots and video shoots must be pre-approved in writing by management. No images including the property are to be used for marketing purposes unless pre-approved in writing by us. Check in and departure times can be organised with management. Any images taken at the property for the purposes of a collaboration are only to be used in promoting the said property, and the owners of Forever Sunday has ownership of all media taken. No media will be used unless Forever Sunday has approved and has given credit.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The maximum number of guests at any one time is 8. At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management in writing. The use of extra beds other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff.
CHILDREN
Standardly we accept children under the age of 2. The property is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12, however if you would like to reach out to us, we may consider your request. There are no highchairs, porta cots or anything else supplied. In the event your stay with children is approved, no refund will be given if the accommodation is deemed unsuitable after check in. Supervision of children around the pool, sauna, fireplaces, roads, driveways, bushland and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians and Forever Sunday accepts no responsibility.
FIREPLACES
Fireplaces are to be operated by adults over the age of 18 only and are operated at your own risk. This extends to the pizza oven and wood fired smoker. You will be held liable for any damage you cause including smoke or ember damage from incorrect use. When using the wood fire, you will ensure the fire is put out entirely whenever you leave the premises even for short periods. Supervision of children around all fireplaces is required and is the responsibility of parents/guardians. ALL fireplaces and their external casings can get very hot and may cause serious burns if touched. It is strongly recommended that the fireplaces not be operated when children are staying onsite.
POOL
When using the pool, it is advised that you not be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. A CPR chart is provided in case of an emergency. There is strictly NO GLASS to be in the pool area. Plastic cups have been provided for this. Cans are fine.
SAUNA
When using the sauna, no skin must come into contact with the timber for hygiene reasons. Each guest is provided with two (2) towels. The sauna is on a timer but must be turned off after each use. It is also recommended you are hydrated. For more information refer to the compendium.
FIREPIT
Fires in the firepit are permitted between the 1st of April and the 1st of October. No fires anywhere else on the property.
NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We ask that all amplified music is to cease at 11pm. Whilst we are situated on 211 acres, we are in a valley and the noise at night travels.
PET POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card to the amount of $1000 per pet.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. If there is any evidence of smoking inside you will be charged an additional $1000 for a specialised clean to eliminate odours and remove chemical residue before future guests may use the space.
PARKING
There is ample space for parking, including a 2-car carport. No vehicles to drive off the designated driveway and no parking or driving on the grass.
CLEANING
Forever Sunday must be left in the condition it was in upon guests’ arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes, glasses, etc not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). There are three (3) 70L bins provided and situated on the veranda, as well as two (2) 50L bins in the kitchen. Any rubbish extra to this must be taken with you or will incur a $200 removal fee. Any rubbish not considered to be related to food or beverages must be taken with you. Please report any existing damage to the property upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.

INDEMNITY
Guests and their visitors’ actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. Forever Sunday does not condone unsafe, irresponsible, or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at this property means that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the owners against any responsibility or action(s) (legal or other), due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) while within or outside of the premises (including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc.) during a stay or at any other time. Your booking request will be confirmed once your payment has been receipted and a receipt emailed to you following your booking confirmation.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your dates. If payment is not received by the due date, Forever Sunday reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time. Forever Sunday is not liable for and is not required to honour any pricing displayed that is quoted in error. A cancellation under these circumstances does not incur any cancellation fee. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the booking. Minimum length of stay restrictions apply to certain rates during special event periods.
Preferred method of payment is Visa and MasterCard, and a 1.96% surcharge applies for these card transactions.
SECURITY BOND
Your credit card details will be held on the system and your credit card will be automatically debited in the event of damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given if the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made between then and up to 7 days prior to booking. No refund for any cancellations made with in 7 days of booked arrival date.
In the event Forever Sunday must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be made. However, we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel delays and all other unforeseen incidents and accidents.
