Welcome to Common Kosci, located on our rural property in the rugged Alpine Outback of the Snowy Mountains town, Jindabyne.

The architect designed 'black boxes' were built by a local carpenter over the year of 2022. Hard wearing, locally sourced materials and furnishings are throughout to ensure comfort and indulgence were at the forefront for every detail and nook in this beautiful, spec cabin.

Stay at Common Kosci as your base to explore the surrounding Mountains and ski resorts or don't even leave the property and indulge in all the comforts specifically designed for you to rest and play including unwinding in the hot tub under the clear Alpine sky.

We would absolutely recommend modern alpine cabin to anyone. With stylish interiors and amazing views, our family was wowed everyday. Beautiful bedding, scenic hot tub and wildlife everywhere. A must for both families and couples headed to the snowy mountains.

A seriously beautiful Snowy Mountains escape. The cabin is the perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxed alpine living, with huge windows, warm interiors and incredible views across the surrou...nding landscape.

We spent the weekend slowly soaking it all in. Morning coffees in the sun, crisp walks around Lake Jindabyne, pastries from ESS, afternoons exploring the region and evenings by the fire watching the sunset. The outdoor hot tub was definitely a highlight after a cool mountain day.

The location feels peaceful and secluded while still being close enough to Jindabyne for great food, coffee and easy adventures. Perfect base for a weekend reset with plenty of nature, fresh air and cozy moments.
