Slide open the large glass walls to welcome the native garden in and enjoy the easy indoor/oudoor living that this modern house offers. All mod cons available including NBN WiFi with SONOS sound system and Smart TV with full streaming services (NETFLIX etc). Outdoor fire pit and heated plunge pool.

No parties, weddings or events. The house is not to accommodate more than 8 people for which bedding is provided. If house rules are breached your name, phone number, email and details of the breach will be shared with relevant bad books registers. As a guest of Rye Glass House (registration number 96570) you must adhere to the Mornington Peninsula Shires Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law (2022) and in particular the Code of Conduct (displayed at the house). The property features external security cameras for the protection of our home and guests alike. Breaches of our house rules (above) caught on camera will result in instant booking termination.
