Lawn for cricket or totem tennis at front and native garden wonderland at rear. Privately set behind established manna gums, enjoy the morning sun from the dune facing balcony at front and the sunset from the beautiful new North facing sun deck which extends the light filled living space. Wood flooring in living areas and freshly carpeted bedrooms and hall. Coonara style wood heater plus split system heating for the cooler months and powerful air conditioning and ceiling fan for the summertime. Thoroughly insulated throughout and with quality linen provided, all of the three bedrooms are robed and enjoy garden views.

Get around on bikes (3 adolescent sized bikes provided) or a 5 minute drive will take you to Tarwin Lower for fishing, great coffee, the market, the fantastic pub, IGA and other amenities.
