It was truly a wonderful experience, and the place itself was exceptionally cozy and charming. We had everything we needed right there, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay but the lack of curtains in the sleeping areas was a little problematic with 2 couples staying.

Udder Hoe

Tucked behind the general store is Udder & Hoe. Udder & Hoe is all about slow food and slow living. They stock a wide variety of locally grown and sourced produce. You can grind your own grains, buy fresh veggies and meat or even local beer and wine. We stocked up on some lamb and veggies for a yummy home-cooked dinner.

The Sticks

The newly opened 'Sticks' are a curated space of boutique pods that have become home for local business and artists alike. Next door to the classic Kilcunda General Store you'll find great coffee, a little post office and an emerging development of shopping opportunities.
