Amazing house! Great location and cutest place. The outdoor hot tub with fairy lights was a treat. Sean was amazing as well, great responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation to the peaceful surroundings. Sean was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly ac...commodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. An easy hike to visit varying heights of the Somersby Natural Water Falls.
Strickland Forest Nature Hike
Hiking through the lush rainforest trails of Strickland State Forest reveals towering trees, mossy paths, trickling creeks and hidden waterfalls. Walking tracks wind through dense greenery past quiet picnic spots and a tucked away suspension bridge, while birds call across the canopy creating a peaceful soundtrack to the forest.
Piles Creek Loop
The Central Coast is surrounded by rich Aussie bushland which makes for some incredible walks and hikes. On this occasion, we opted for the Piles Creek Loop. It had the perfect mix of water features (who isn't a sucker for a waterfall), unique fauna and was relatively quiet. Take water and snacks because there is no shortage of picturesque picnic spots along the way.
Walkabout Wildlife Sanctuary
It's no secret that I am an absolute sucker for wildlife, especially when they're all under one roof! The Walkabout Wildlife Sanctuary boasts 80 acres of Australian bushland so you can see wildlife and fauna in their natural habitat. If you're as obsessed with Australian native animals and plants as I am, this is a must-visit whilst you're on the coast.
Swimming In A Secret Dam
Jump in a kayak or tinny and only 100m away from Dyarubbin you'll find a sign on the shoreline which reads "Popran National Park". There's no real track to follow but if you are keen on a bush bash, uphill you'll find an old freshwater dam which you can swim in. This one was a highlight and feels like your own private swimming hole.
Six String Brewing Co
Had a most enjoyable pale ale, burger and chips. Six String Brewery provides an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere, definitely worth a visit!
