**CCTV:** The driveway and outdoor areas are monitored by multiple cameras for your security.

**Shared Driveway:** The driveway is shared with another cabin located at the front of the property.

**Family Policy:** All infants and children are charged at the same rate as adults.

**Cleaning Policy:** To keep cleaning fees reasonable, please clean the BBQ after use. A BBQ brush and cleaning products are provided. An additional $10 charge applies if left dirty.

**Lockbox Access:** For your convenience, access to the cabin is through a lockbox.

**SOLAR POWER ENERGY:** Our tiny home is off-the-grid, so please avoid using all electrical appliances simultaneously. High-wattage devices like portable heaters and electric cookers can overload the system, potentially causing a power outage. No own high power devices like heaters,cookers, EV charging allowed. No electric medical devices. This will result in a loss of power until the sun is up the next day.

**NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:** The ramp is not suitable for wheelchairs.

**FREE PARKING:** Free on-site parking is available either in front of the cabin or in a designated parking area along the shared driveway.
