The 600m access road to the cabin requires a vehicle with high clearance and culminates in a short walking track down a steep hill (stairs and handrail). The hosts are available to transport guests with an unsuitable vehicle.
Telstra and Optus services are available but no television.
The 12v standalone power system is limited, but provides sufficient energy to run lights, a 12v fridge and phones.
There are gas cooking facilities, a hot water shower, and firewood is provided for the wood heater.
