Welcome to Riverview A-Frame- a hand-built luxury hideaway overlooking the stunning Numeralla River.
Crafted over three years on the family farm, this two-level cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort, creating an unforgettable escape for couples, creatives, and nature lovers.

Set among boulders and native bushland, the A-Frame sits on the ridge with sweeping river views. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a handcrafted timber benchtop made from a 70-year-old bridge reclaimed from our property. Warm brass fittings, quality appliances, and natural textures make the space feel both elegant and grounded.

The bathroom includes a rain shower and deep bathtub positioned perfectly for stargazing. A cosy leather sofa sits by the wood fireplace- ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a slow evening with a glass of wine. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ area, outdoor seating, and our unique hanging net suspended above the landscape- perfect for sunrise lounging or quiet nights under the stars.

Upstairs, a king-size bed with premium linen awaits, along with a private balcony overlooking the valley. Wildlife often wanders past the cabin- kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, platypus and our friendly farm animals, including Highland cows, horses, and sheep.

The cabin is fully solar-powered, eco-friendly, and connected via Starlink Wi-Fi.
There is no TV- intentionally- so you can disconnect, slow down, and let the views and nature become your entertainment.

Whether you’re here for romance, rest, or adventure, Riverview A-Frame offers a peaceful and luxurious retreat in the heart of the Snowy Mountains.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at the A-Frame to protect local wildlife. If travelling with your furry friend, our Kallarroo Cottage is a beautiful pet-friendly alternative.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire Riverview A-Frame, including the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating areas, BBQ space, and the hanging net suspended above the valley. The cabin sits in a private pocket of our farm, giving you space, quiet, and uninterrupted views.

Guests are welcome to roam around the farm and explore the walking tracks, river areas, and open spaces. You’ll likely meet our friendly farm animals- Highland cows, horses, and sheep- along with native wildlife such as wombats, kangaroos, and echidnas.

We simply ask that you move gently and show respect to all animals, giving them space and observing them calmly.

Other things to note
Please remember to respect all farm rules, especially keeping gates exactly as you found them- open stays open, closed stays closed- to help keep our animals safe.

We had a beautiful stay at the A-Frame for Two. The cabin was private, cosy and thoughtfully designed, with incredible views across the valley.

We loved slowing down and making the most of everything... the property had to offer — kayaking on the river, enjoying a picnic by the water, meeting the Highland cows and relaxing in both the indoor soaking tub and outdoor hot tub.

Evenings spent by the fire under the stars and slow mornings watching the fog roll across the valley made this stay feel extra special.

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape to reconnect and unwind, this is the perfect spot.

During our stay, I took the single kayak out on the Numeralla River for a peaceful afternoon on the water. After a short walk down from the A-frame, I paddled along the calm river, taking in the surrounding farmland and enjoying the quiet beauty of the landscape. It was a lovely way to slow down and experience another side of the property.

Fire Under The Stars

As the evening cooled down, we lit the outdoor fire, toasted marshmallows, and enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the stars come out.

Met The Local Farm Animals

One of the lovely touches during our stay was meeting the farm animals. We spent time watching the sheep and horses grazing in the paddocks and were especially excited to meet Hazel, the adorable Highland cow.

Picnic By The River

We packed a simple picnic and wandered down to the river, finding a quiet spot beside the water to relax for the afternoon. Surrounded by nature and the sounds of the flowing river, it was the perfect place to slow down, soak up the scenery, and enjoy a peaceful moment together.
