Guest will have access to the whole house with a secure fully-fenced yard. You are free to use any of the amenities in the house and pantry, just make yourself at home. If you run out of anything, please let us know so we can restock.

- All linens and towels are hotel grade and professionally cleaned.
- There are security cameras on the perimeters of the property and near the front entrance of the house....

- This is a very quiet neighbourhood so please respect our wonderful neighbours. Quiet time is from 11 pm.
- Clean the BBQ after each use
- Put used towels in laundry wire basket in each room.
- Please return the house in the original condition. You are responsible for any damage to the house.
- If you move anything, put it back where you found it please.
We love dogs and our house is dog friendly to responsible dog owners.
- Please cover the leather sofa with blanket provided
- Clean up after your dogs and pick up dog poo in the back yard area.
- Clean up pet hair in the house, there is a vacuum cleaner in the house.
