This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is split over two levels, providing the perfect space for a couple or a family/friends getaway. Architecturally designed and a sustainable home.

The region is full of great wineries, rugged coastlines and amazing produce.
The home is a sustainably built home so it is super comfy with minimal requirement for heating and cooling, only 700m from the beach. There are a bunch of board games in the cupboard, a fire pit outside and loads of beautiful coastline to explore. Come and experience a touch of luxury by the coast.

Please note that there is no firepit anymore due to estate regulations.

A stunning eco-friendly minimalist home! Thoughtfully styled, bright and warm and perfect for a seaside stay with our two little ones. We loved exploring the the rock pools at Cape Paterson bay beach.

Fantastic getaway in a beautiful eco village at Cape Paterson.
The house was indeed eco friendly, and even though we stayed during a cold spell, it was lovely and warm and bright and welcoming.
It’s a... beautiful house to relax and enjoy the slow life.
Definitely recommend for couples and family and or friends!
