Rosewood Cotage is a modern, beautifully furnished home, located only a stroll from Leura mall and Everglade Gardens. It offers a variety of features and a luxury holiday feel.

Light and bright, open plan living area open up to outdoor entertaining space, complete with large deck and BBQ area.

Soak in the sun and listen to the sound of singing birds on our deck, surrounded by lush mountain garden that offers privacy and comfort in a relaxed, tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.

Enjoy the warmth and ambience of our freestanding fireplace throughout winter, creating a cosy haven you won’t want to leave!

Rosewood Cottage boasts 3 generous bedrooms, all with heating. The master bedroom offers a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the third room has one single bed convertible to a double.
Quality linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen, butlers pantry (complete with Nespresso coffee machine) and living area is open plan and equipped with modern appliances with free Wifi for your enjoyment.

PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to leave you a basket of fire wood to get you started on your stay. If more is required, we suggest for our guests to buy some from Bunnings in Katoomba or at a local petrol station.

All parts of the home is open to the guests, except the garage housing some personal items.

We live in Sydney, but always available to help you throughout your stay, although we are often away due to business, but more than happy to give you as much assistance as you need.

Communication can be via phone, email, text, or whatever most suits you!

Whether it is a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend away or a fun-filled holiday with the kids you're after, Leura is the place to go! Located approximately 80minutes from Sydney.

If you’re feeling like you just need to escape and unwind, take a walk and a deep breath of clean fresh air. Leura is surrounded with natural bushland with many bushwalking options and beautiful look-outs in the area.

Train station is only a 15 minute walk away. Parking is provided at the property.

We try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, when unforeseen circumstances arise, we may need to make alterations to bookings.

We provide a few essentials to get you through the first few nights, including toilet paper, dishwashing powder, washing powder, garbage bags, soap and body wash and some cleaning supplies.

We do know that most our guests keep the property as amazing as it was when they first stepped in. Just to make sure our little cottage stays as beautiful for all guests, we need to set some rules to respect.

- Please make sure the number of guests do not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees will apply for excess guests.\n
- Any damages or loss to the contents or property is the responsibility of the tenants during their stay.
- Please be mindful of excessive noise, we respect our neighbours and their privacy.\n
- Check-out time has to be 10am by the latest. Please be mindful that the area will need to be cleaned and setup for the next guests, unless prior arrangement has been made.\n
- We take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.\n
- Excessive cleaning will result in a loss of the security deposit.

One day before your stay I will send you all access details so you can check yourself in at a time that most suits you.
