The Bells Tipi is a 14ft high masterpiece, positioned at the door step of world class surf break Bells Beach and has spectacular ocean views. With the choice to have the smoke flaps open or closed, the Tipi is great in all weather conditions. With plenty of natural light and a gypsy surf styling, the Tipi is ideal for kicking your feet up and relaxing.
Please note there is a house on the property which is occasionally used by me and my family.

Surf Coast Walk
Offering stunning natural beauty the walk stretches 44km along the coast. Explore at your own pace and distance to discover inspiring landscapes on foot or bike taking in the spectacular views of the beautiful Great Ocean Road. The walk connects you with the coastal towns of Torquay, Anglesea and Aireys Inlet making it ideal for a pitstop for a coffee or lazy brunch before the walk back. Iron bark basin also offers great hiking / walking trails.

Painkalac Creek Estuary - Aireys Inlet
Painkalac Creek Estuary is approximately 3.5km in length. It is a beautiful coastal lagoon system which attracts the spotted green frog and the eastern banjo frog (Pobblebonk). Drift along the estuary and experience soak up the peace and tranquility. Hire or bring your own canoe, kayak or stand up paddle board.
World class surf break Bells Beach is literally at the door step of the Tipi. Or explore surf spots along the Great Ocean Road. From Bird Rock, Winki Pop, Centreside or Cathedral Rock. Along the coast there are good surf spots at Johanna, Cumberland River, Wye River, Baldy Rock, Skene's Creek, Sawmills and Kennett River.
Iron bark basin offers great riding and is a short ride from the Tipi.
