Blue Cottage - Tranquility Close to Eco Point

The Charming Renovated cottage has an abundance of features, from the gorgeous mudroom when you enter the home to the original fireplace in the dining room and combustion fireplace in the lounge room.

During Winter, You can joy the glass of wine in front of the fireplace. During summertime, you can enjoy full air-conditioning from every corner of the house. There are double French doors leading from the lounge room to the great entertaining deck with BBQ and outdoor dining.

Space has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a study area and bright Country style Kitchen, Huge level garden full of assorted fruit tree and rose and magnolia.

We have 2 bedrooms 2 Bathroom with lounge room with study area.

Main bedroom with Queen bed with en-suite.
For the Main bedroom, Please notes that We can set up an extra rollaway bed for extra teenage kids or adult. So can stay up to a maximum of 5 people.

Second main with Queen bed with separate bathroom.

If you are travelling with children, they have plenty of space running around a garden area.

Blue Cottage is definitely for a couple too. Once you step in, it’s a lot more sophisticated. The master suite has exclusive access to your own jacuzzi. The rest of the guests staying in the second bedroom can enjoy a recently renovated bathroom. For the chefs, the open kitchen integrates you with the rest of your friends or families.

For “holiday workers”, we prepare a very generous antique desk that can fit any laptops and iPads comfortably. Now there should be some screaming when one of you start to discover a giant 60-inch flat-screen TV occupying most of a wall in the living room. We provide high-speed Wifi and Netflix.

For those who love bushwalking, Only less than 10 mins walk to Sliver Mist Reserve and Echo point, sometimes, if you are lucky, in the early morning, you can see the sea of clouds above 3 sisters. The view is specular, This Makes a perfect mountain getaway.

We are based in the Blue Mountains but we are available via phone anytime if you have any questions.

We are on very good terms with our neighbours and we ask you to respect that relationship.

If you wish to bring your pet, please bring their bedding and food bowls, please notes that there is an extra charge of $50 dollar per stay.

Parties, events and loud music are not allowed.

There is plenty of off-Road parking on site. The house is only less than 5 mins drive to Katoomba station. Under 1 and half hour from Sydney. less 10 mins drive to Leura shopping village and biggest Antique shop at Blackheath.

The cottage has one queen bed for each bedroom.

If you require an extra single bed set up in one of the bedrooms. Please let me know in advance. Extra $50 dollar per night will apply.

Our Backyard is fully fenced. It’s a pet-friendly property.

From June to August, we will provide certain amount of firewood for your stay. You may wish to get some kindling and Firelighter at Nearby petrol station.
