A renovated 4-bedroom holiday home situated in a quiet, friendly street, nestled amongst the Australian natives and only a short 2-minute meander to the beach. Your slice of holiday paradise caters for all the home comforts with a coastal chic feel.

Featuring two separate living quarters, allowing for two families to comfortably accommodate a floor each. Located on the second level is a large balcony, where you can enjoy a BBQ while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

Tidetree Inverloch is located 150m from the beach. The main township of Inverloch is 1.2km (driving 2min and walking both via esplanade and main streets a 15-minute walk).

Yoga on the beach is offered during the warmer months and is located between Venus and Ramsey Boulevard. Plenty of different fishing spots along the inlet, safe swimming for kids plus the surf beach for teenagers and Dirty Three Winery around the corner for adults.

All of these activities and places are within a 5 to 10 min walk or 2-minute bike ride. A scenic 12km drive along the coast will take you to the town of Cape Paterson.

Tidetree Inverloch is located within a 15min walk to the main township.

A welcome booklet is provided with everything you need to know about the property upon arrival.

Linen and towels provided.

Cooking utensils provided.

Upon departure please complete the following:

1. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher and turn them on.
2. Place rubbish in bins - general red and recycling yellow and leave out front of the property.
3. Place used towels/linen in the front entryway.
4. Ensure the house is left in a respectful manner.

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! The property was beautiful, peaceful and exactly the getaway we were looking for. It was the perfect spot to relax and spend some quality time together with f...riends, and we even managed to capture some beautiful maternity photos during our stay.

Nicole was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive and very accommodating throughout. We really appreciated her hospitality and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Big thank you to Nicole for having us at this amazing property. It was the perfect space to have friends gather from near and far for my 40th birthday celebrations, making it the most wholesome 4 nigh...t stay. It was spacious, perfect for communal cooking, and kids and doggos, and a short walk to the beach for morning strolls. Plenty of spots for all our cars, and we were able to toast marshmallows and sing songs around the fire pit out the back. Nicole responsive with any questions that I had and I felt she genuinely wanted us to have the best stay. Highly recommend, and will hope to be back again.

Inverloch Beach

Explore, swim and surf at Inverloch's pristine beaches. The calm waters of Anderson Inlet are perfect for learning to windsurf. The mellow surf beach is an ideal place to learn to surf. Or if you are a more confident surfer head to Eagles Nest.

Surfing

The safest part of the beach for surfing is in front of the surf club. Inverloch surf beach normally has a flat and wide sandbar with small and soft spilling waves rolling into shore.

Surfing

Venus Bay is a very open, exposed bay, facing the south-west winds and waves. The beach is nearly 24 km long and has public access only toward the northern end at the Venus Bay settlement. Best with a low to moderate swell and north to north-east winds, however, the shape depends on the bar configuration.

Fishing

Venus Bay and surrounding beaches are renowned for their autumn, winter and spring salmon fishing while snapper, gummy sharks and flathead are caught from the same beaches.
