Boydell’s in Morpeth is a gorgeous cafe, restaurant cellar door in an 1800’s original open timber ceiling house.
The Victoria Hotel (3 blocks walk) was built in 1840 has outside eating overlooking the river and a Madison county style 1800's bridge....... the view is gorgeous,
The Commercial Hotel has really great food..... not only pub food serves healthy falafel salads etc
Cups and crepes and Common Grounds both in Morpeth have great coffee and food.
Ometto Pizza bar in Maitland has incredible Italian woodier Pizzas, Chris the owner is gorgeous.
Aloi Thai in Maitland is the best Thai you can order and eat on the river or take away.
Fratelli Roma in Maitland is great Italian and all pasta is freshly made on the premises.
