Located near the Warrumbungle Mountains in Coonabarabran, New South Wales just 6 hours from Sydney, this retreat offers you the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life whilst indulging in an off-grid living experience.

Your accommodation is a luxurious yurt-style lodge nestled in the woodlands of our 80 acre property that is truly off the grid. The private lodge boasts all the creature comforts you need including three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, a well-appointed kitchen and a separate dining room.

Your Riparide stay is a self catered experience.

As part of your stay you can separately book a private emu safari, a skywatching experience from our onsite observatory or enjoy the outdoor spa on the expansive deck overlooking the park and the Emus!

For the more adventurous take the optional guided tour to our private Heritage listed Aboriginal cave shelter with ancient rock carvings and walk the tracks with us explaining the geology to various other caves and rock features on the property.

Our guests have exclusive use of the 3 bedroom lodge, bush walks in the flora reserve and 2 x electric golf carts to get around in with safety and comfort.

As part of the accommodation you can book separately a private skywatching experience with an 11-inch telescope in our dome, as well as a virtual outdoor presentation.

Guests can also separately book an Emu Safari which is a real Jurassic park-like experience.

If you are travelling with a caravan or camper, take a couple of days or more and spoil yourself. We have plenty of room on the property to park your camper or van with access to power and water if needed.

There is plenty of onsite parking as the lodge is on our private 80-acre property.

We will greet you and walk you through the accommodation. During your stay you are able to connect with us via a 2-way radio should you need anything.

Our property is an 80-acre farm with our hand raised Emus roaming up to the deck at the lodge. We have privacy and peace and quiet amongst the setting of a woodland forest and a meandering creek.

Our property is fully off-grid with beautiful spring water.

We have Starlink internet connectivity, Telstra phone coverage at the lodge and Foxtel.

We will send guests a detailed map of how to find us as well as a welcome pack of what to expect, what to pack and the best place to stop and get your provisions in town....
