This 24-foot yurt is tucked into the forest on 20 acres. It has a gas cook stove (but no microwave), a refrigerator and an adjoining bathhouse with a clawfoot tub and composting toilet.

Please bring firewood for the woodstove.

We have added an outdoor BBQ. Bring your briquettes and cook something fun.

This magical round structure with a large dome in the ceiling is very comfortable. The queen bed has a bed warmer for those cold nights. There is also a twin daybed. There is a kitchen and full, elegant warm bathhouse. And a wood stove to keep it cozy warm.

Bring charcoal briquettes for the outdoor BBQ and cook up something fun.

While you are here you are welcome to come sit by the fire pit on clear nights, and hike our trails.

You can keep to yourself if you wish, hang out in the garden at the main house or join us at the fire pit in dry weather. If you want a fire, please let us know. We are happy to oblige.

We are only 37 miles from Mt. Rainier, 35 miles from OLYMPIA, TACOMA, and Puyallup. Just over an hour's drive to SeaTac Airport and Seattle. Lots to do for nature lovers, but near to art museums and city fun.

No public transit.

We have several guest spaces and shared common areas: the gardens and trails, and outdoor shower. It is up to you how much you interact with residents and other guests.

Be respectful of the property, animals and other humans. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Cannabis is legal in Washington State....
