Tiny Home Forest Escape
Adventure in Eugene, Willamette Valley, OR, US
Tall Firs Tiny Home was the escape to the forest that I didn’t know I needed. Surrounding the Tiny Home is a forest that drenches the senses. Sweet and poignant aromas envelop you as you walk up the porch to the door. Inside the home, you’ll find everything you need to make you comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked from the vintage-looking fridge and stove to the Keurig coffee maker, plus everything you’d need to make a wonderful meal.
The living space is bathed in light from the open window and skylight overhead. Although the space is small, with the open floor plan and so much natural light it feels airy and delightful. You’ll also find the bed very comfortable, and if you wake up early enough, walk outside to get a glimpse of the sunrise from the bedroom deck. The sky was saturated with pinks and reds peeking through the trees.
If you’re looking for an escape in a beautiful green forest, book Tall Firs Tiny Home!

Things We Did
- Hike
- Walk
- Sunset
This hike is through the forest and up a butte, this took us a few hours. We took time to stop and smell the many wildflowers and say hi to wildlife. The view at the top is incredible, even through the fog. You can access this hike by walking up the street from the property. The home has a quick guide map located in their welcome guide that makes it very easy to find.
We stopped, got drinks at McMenamins, and walked along the paved path next to the river. In the evening, the light was so soft and warm. You'll see many birds flying over the river hunting for bugs to eat, and the smell of flowers lines the path.
We grabbed to-go sandwiches and had a relaxing picnic under a massive tree. This park is next to the river, and after we picnic'd we headed down the path for a sunset walk. 10/10 would do again!
