Hi, I'm Juliette

I grew up in the Blue Mountains as my mother owned and was the French/Vietnamese chef of a well known restaurant in Blackheath. So I have grown up around hospitality, but also it is my nature to travel and explore the world. My father-in-law Peter's house is amazing and I'm really happy to be managing it and sharing it with guests. Enjoy!
