Welcome to Mulla Villa Farm we are set 74 acres natural bush land and farm. There is so much to do in this part of the hunter valley on our property. Sit by the creek with a fishing rode, book and cuppa or just relax and take in the peace and quite. Use the open space to play ball games ride a bike or hunt for all the different little creatures about. You can also keep eye out for the wombats, kangaroos and even koalas. Mulla Villa Farm is now home to our alpacas, llamas, mini goats and mini horses. You can book a hands on experience to get up close and personal with the alpacas and goats. You can take a lovely walk into the bush and check out the caves and all the bush has to offer.
