Hi, we’re Rudy and Liz – your hosts at Boardwalk Villas and Experience Metung.
Our connection to Metung began in 2017, when we bought a small villa as an escape from busy city life. Years later, after living overseas and starting a family, we returned and made Metung our home base—initially for practical reasons, but it quickly became so much more. We rediscovered what makes this place special: the slower pace, the natural surroundings, and the sense of space and calm you don’t always find elsewhere.
Boardwalk Villas grew from there. We wanted to create stays that feel easy, comfortable, and thoughtful—where people can unwind, explore, and enjoy everything this beautiful part of East Gippsland has to offer, at their own pace.
