Derek is the owner and creator of Anadlu, a small, intentionally designed retreat just outside Beechworth. With a background in engineering and a lifelong appreciation for considered design, Derek was drawn to creating a place where simplicity, quality, and calm take precedence.

Anadlu was shaped around the idea that time together is the real luxury — a retreat for couples to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy thoughtful details without excess. Derek remains closely involved in the care and evolution of the property, working alongside local makers and businesses to ensure each stay feels personal, generous, and quietly special.
