I'm Riges — Melbourne based, well-travelled and someone who genuinely understands what a great stay feels like.
I run Asia Pacific for a US software company which means I spend a lot of time on the road — boutique hotels in Tokyo, rooftop suites in Singapore, ryokans in Kyoto. Over the years I've developed a strong sense of what makes a stay truly memorable. It's never the big things. It's always the details.
That's what drove Chloe and I to create The Little Woods. Every element has been considered — the linen, the lighting, the fire already laid, the arrival provisions waiting on the bench. We want you to arrive and feel like someone who genuinely cares has been here before you.
Fair warning — I'm a little OCD about how spaces are kept. Which means ours will always be immaculate. And it's exactly why guests who feel the same way love it here.
