The Dairy is part of a small group of luxurious homes hidden away in the Byron Bay hinterland. We call them Casas Secretas which means secret houses as they are out of the hustle of Byron and capture the secret beauty of the hinterland. The Dairy includes two bedrooms and a large open plan living area that showcases the rolling green hills of the hinterland through featured floor to ceiling glass. It was inspired by the old original dairy on our farm.
