Part of me wants to keep this little secret all to myself, but I'm going to put it out there that The Baker in Tirau has some of the best pies in the whole of New Zealand. Try them for yourself and see if you agree. And if you're not a pie fan, they offer plenty of other delicious food, while their sweet coffee messages are an added bonus.
