Bilpin's Famous Apple Pies

So - Bilpin is famous for its apples, and even more specifically - apple pies! We looked up the three best-rated apple pie places en route (Pie in the Sky, Bilpin Fruit Bowl & the Pines Orchard) and bought pies from each of them to compare. Personally, we fell in love with Pie in the Sky (YUUUUM) for its juicy caramelised apple filling, the crystallised sugar on top and the puff pastry, but definitely see which tickles your fancy :) The cafes also sell fresh apple juice, apples, and a bunch of other local produce, so we loaded up.
