Amongst the Trees

Nestled amongst the leafy tree line, this cosy mountain cabin was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking and taking in scenic views.

The fireplace was a staple of our stay at Leura Treehouse - it's the centrepiece of the main living area, creating an authentic mountain experience. Whether it was a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate, we lounged beside the fire, basking in the warm glow.

The cedar hot tub, perfectly placed amongst the trees of red and gold, was the spot to be as the sun sank behind the mountains and the stars opened overhead, making for some memorable moments and easy conversation. The foosball table and a retro arcade machine gave the house a real sense of fun and brought light-hearted laughs too.

Leura's town centre is close by offering easy access to lookouts, waterfalls, and walks making it the perfect home base for adventurous souls. A highlight was the short walk to the pool of siloam, a magical place to connect with nature.

We will definitely be returning to Leura to stay at this perfect little getaway again.
