Additional Information
The home is split between two levels. The main living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom are on the upstairs level, with mountain views from almost every room.
There is also a half bathroom and laundry on the upper floor. The open floor plan includes vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows facing the Cascades. You can access the oversized deck from both the living area, as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom also includes a private full bathroom with dual shower heads and direct deck access to the hot tub.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a living area, with a sliding door to access the lower patio. There is also direct access to the garage from the downstairs living area. One bedroom has a queen bed, the bunk room includes twin bunks, as well as a queen bed. There is a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs living area as well.
If you are bringing young children, we have a pack n play and high chair available for use, as well as a queen air mattress that can be used in the upstairs living area.
Generally, the house is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. We do not suggest booking for 12 adults. No pets please!
Guest access
The house is located on a private cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic, and the large driveway can accommodate 4+ vehicles. There is also room for anything you may be towing with you.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with a whole house, central air filtration system.
-The treehouse on the property is off-limits to guests, as it is not safe for use.
-Only 5 people are allowed in the hot tub at one time and the cover must be closed when not in use.
-No candles inside the house.
-Lock all doors (except the door connecting the downstairs living room to the garage) when leaving the premises.
-Turn off A/C before checking out.
-During winter, please lower the heater to 50 degrees F before checking out.
-Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 6am.
-No smoking in or near the house.
-No parties or non registered guests.
