Keep everyone entertained with pool table, basketball hoop, table tennis, trampoline, toys & games + Outdoor Cinema whilst you enjoy your complimentary drink overlooking our gorgeous Olive Tree Garden. And your furry friends can around in our secure backyard.

Our sweet caravan Picolina will charm adults and kids alike. You are welcome to play and hang out in our 1970’s bondwood van.

ABOUT OLIVE GROVE
Olive Grove is located in a quiet residential pocket of Rye back beach just off Canterbury Jetty Road and Tasman Drive.

You have full access to the entire home which has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet and open kitchen dining and living + laundry with everything need for washing and drying. A brand new ducted heating and cooling system throughout the home will ensure you are always comfy.

Each bedroom has space for hanging and storing clothing / bags. All bedrooms have have full mirrors for dressing and getting ready for your outing.

Kitchen and Bathroom have been updated with quality fixtures and smaller appliances (Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso, Sandwich press, Blender, Kettle and Toaster).

There is a spacious outdoor under cover living and entertainment area where you can eat relax play pool or watch the kids jumping in the trampoline.

Guests also have access to a huge garage with table tennis. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the premises.

Other things to note:
Please remember whilst we have taken great care to update Olive Grove with modern touches our place has an old school beach shack vibe intended to bring you back to the basic pleasures of life. Relax unwind and enjoy our perfectly imperfect gem on the peninsula back beach.

Our stay was so amazing. The kids loved all the activities they could do at the house, such as the trampoline, outdoor cinema and games. Anna is a great host and the house felt like a home

Gorgeous house with excellent amenities for kids of all ages - particularly when the weather turned. No. 16 beach was easy to find and we had a great time exploring the rock pools, playing in the sand and dipping our feet in the water. Thanks for a wonderful stay <3

This is such a great property! It's perfect for taking dogs and has plenty of activities to do, especially if you have kids. It's walking distance to a cafe and beach in the national park, and a short drive to the dog beach. Would definitely recommend this property!

Exploring Rock Pools

The tourist attraction at Number 16 beach is the Dragon's Head. Although we were there at low tide for the rool pools! We found heaps of sea creatures as well as some caves and rock pools deeper enough to swim in! Great place to explore and looked like a top place to fish too! Beautiful beach.

Swimming, snorkelling, diving, fishing are just some of the amazing adventures to be had on the Mornington Peninsula.

Sunset At Tyrone Beach

It's the bay beach at the end of Flinders St. Lovely family friendly beach with nice walk through the teas trees and plenty of cute bathing boxes. There was no one there so we could have our own moment! The sunset was unbelievable.

Swimming At Rye Main Beach

We enjoyed a tad chilly saltwater dip at the Rye main beach next to the pier. The water was so clear and still, we could see all the gorgeous sand ripples and also came across a little stingray!

Port Phillip Bay

Crystal clear waters and long stretches of sandy beaches make Port Phillip Bay a dream on a hot summers day. Walk beyond the sandbars into gently lapping waves and cool off.
