Ocean Creek Haus - Ocean Views & Babbling Creek

Head to bed in our main bedroom with a King-sized memory foam mattress and a smart TV. A second large bedroom has a Queen-sized comfy bed and a smart TV. A full bath with tub/shower is directly adjacent to these rooms, equipped with all your needs including shampoo, soap, fluffy linens, and hairdryer. Downstairs we have a private ensuite bedroom with both Full-sized and Twin-sized beds with a smart TV and attached full bathroom with shower.

In the morning, grab a mug and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee from our coffee station and help yourself to a kitchen fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, microwave, air fryer, and toaster oven for meal prep. A large dining table seats all of your hungry group.

A babbling creek runs along the side of the home providing a relaxing backdrop of sounds to enjoy while sitting on the deck and enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The 25-ft covered deck wraps around the front and side of the house with plenty of seating. A grove of alders surrounds the back and provides quiet close-in privacy.

Guest access:
Walk 2 blocks to the ocean with close-in beach access. The Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City is known for its low traffic, easily walkable streets.
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM per Lincoln City regulations

SMOKING - No smoking of any substance is permitted in the house or on the property. Immediate cancellation without refund as well as a $150 fee for extra cleaning will be assessed.

PARTIES - Local rental rules enforce a strict No-Parties policy and prohibit having additional unregistered guests without prior explicit permission from the host and qualifies as a party. Having parties, events or large gatherings will result in a no refund immediate cancelation as well as a $400 penalty fee. Damages and additional cleaning fees will be withheld from the booking deposit.

GUESTS - Unregistered extra guests are not allowed per Lincoln City vacation rental regulations and will lead to an unrefundable reservation cancellation.

WIFI/DOORBELL - Please do not cover, disable or alter the internet router, video doorbell, or exterior floodlight camera in any way. This will incur a $150 fee. There are no interior cameras and we do not monitor exterior cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to city occupancy rules.

SAFETY - Anytime guests leave the house they must ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

PETS - Pets are not permitted. There is a $300 fee and cancellation of your reservation without refund.

CLEANING - Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive cleaning time by the cleaners will accrue additional fees. Please clean any used dishes and leave as was found. Glitter and confetti are prohibited. Please do not move furniture or eat or drink in the bedrooms.

WILDLIFE - We are in close proximity to wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in or around our home including but not limited to deer, birds, bees, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature and do not provide refunds if you encounter her business during your stay.
