For your furry friends, there’s a separate fenced area with a kennel, ensuring their comfort and security.

Beachside Adventures… Just a short stroll from the house, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking beauty and expansive tranquillity of the beach, locally known as “Wild Dog Shore”. The name “Wild Dog Shore” carries a touch of local history, believed to have originated from fishermen long ago. While some maps may place the name near Lake Wellington, this stretch of shoreline remains an enchanting and serene escape, promising natural wonders and a true connection to the sea.

Its unspoiled beauty is perfect for long beach walks, shell collecting, and beachcombing. Keep an eye out for dolphins, whales, and abundant seabirds along the shoreline. With plenty of spots for fishing, try your luck catching flathead, whiting, salmon, snapper, and more. This stretch of the renowned 90 Mile Beach feels almost private, thanks to the few visitors it sees.

Additional Information

BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY: There is a large bathroom downstairs the adjoins the front and kids bedroom and lounge. There is an en-suite in the main upstairs bedroom. Both bathrooms have toilets, showers, vanity basins, heated towel rails, overhead strip heaters and plenty of space. The Laundry is in the downstairs bathroom and has a washing machine and laundry trough. There are ironing facilities as well.

GARDEN and BBQ: The house is on a huge block with privacy all round and lots of places to play family games and kids to explore. There is a separate fenced area with a kennel for dogs as well. There is also a BBQ and outdoor seating space for the alfresco dining experiences that are so wonderful while on holidays. The house is fully fenced, but please keep an eye on the young ones and your pets.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire house, other than two housekeeping cupboards and the outside bungalow. Guests will enjoy keyless entry for convenience. Upon arrival, you will meet the host to receive your access codes and a detailed overview of the house.

Other things to note:
LINEN: (pillow slips, sheets, blankets, towels) is not provided, please provide your own linen. (We are unable to provide a linen service, due to local conditions out of our control).

PETS: Pets are welcome for a small fee per pet, per stay. We will ask you if you have a pet once you have made a booking. If you have a pet(s) we will send you a message with direct bank deposit payment details.
IMPORTANT: Pets are NOT permitted on furniture or upstairs. There is a stair gate in place, and it must be CLOSED when pets are present.

SECURITY: For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed at the front and rear entrances of the property. Please note that these are located outdoors and do not monitor any interior spaces.
