The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal for the family, but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ on the back terrace. The open plan kitchen, dining and living is a great place for the family to gather but if you need a little separation then the upstairs living area is the perfect retreat for those wanting a little piece and quiet.

During the cooler winter months, get the heart pumping on one of the many beautiful bush walks in the area. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head home and gather around one of the two fire places and get stuck into a round of trivial pursuit while the chef in the family whips up a warming feast.

Copacabana is one of the Central Coast’s best kept secrets, just 1.5 hours north of Sydney. Just a few steps to some of the best surfing beaches on the Central Coast your hardest decision for the day will be whether to surf, swim or kayak. Walk to Macmasters Beach to enjoy a morning coffee or swim in the ocean baths. With shops, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep, you’ll find it hard to leave.
