Additional Information

The property is made up of several separate buildings. There are two bedrooms in a converted shed, about 8 meters from the main dwelling. There are no windows in one bedroom, just an external door & a door between the 2 rooms. Not suitable for more than 1 couple due to lack of privacy.

The kitchen, lounge dining and outdoor deck makes up the central area. The bathroom / laundry is in another building just a few meters away, it has a walk-in shower and flushing toilet. There is a separate outdoor shower by the water tank, concealed behind a tea-tree fence for privacy and a clawfoot outdoor bath with water views.

There is one shed that guests do not have access to, as well as the caravan that is adjacent to the main building. You can launch a boat from the property providing it fits through the covered carport, that you need to drive through.

Note there is a smart TV with free to air but no internet.
