What a serene and beautiful location...
My friends and i enjoyed the local towns, fresh produce and peaceful beach front property during a long weekend. The water pressure was better than most hotels....
Our host left plenty of firewood and fire started for our short stay.
A very lovely short getaway that i recommend if you want some time away from the hustle and bustle.

Another fantastic, memory making weekend at Beekeepers. Beach walks, a cold dip in the pool and lots of staring at the views.... highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this Riparide property — from the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The views ...are genuinely breathtaking and constantly changing with the light, which made just sitting back and relaxing a highlight of the trip. The beds were extremely comfortable too, which made it easy to unwind after long days exploring.
The location is absolutely stunning. Being so close to the beach meant we could enjoy peaceful walks whenever we liked, and spotting three tiger snakes along the way definitely made the adventure memorable (and reminded us how immersed in nature we were!). It’s the sort of place where you properly switch off — quiet, scenic, and restorative.
The bunk beds are a fantastic touch, especially for families or groups with kids. It clearly caters well for that, although having a few plastic cups or plates for children would make it even more practical. Similarly, having to take rubbish home with us was slightly inconvenient, but we do understand this comes with staying somewhere remote and unspoiled.
There were just a few small things that, if improved, would elevate the stay even further. The cleaning could have been a little more thorough — there were some dead bugs on the windowsills and plenty of cobwebs around when we arrived. Also, the lack of curtains made earlier bedtimes difficult, particularly with the long daylight hours — we weren’t quite sure why curtains weren’t included. A bit more paper towel and bathroom soap stocked would also have been appreciated for convenience.
That said, these were relatively minor compared to how much we enjoyed the property overall. We were lucky with perfect weather, the house exceeded expectations, and the whole experience felt special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing scenery and comfort.
Overall, a very strong 9.7/10 from us — thanks Richard for a fantastic stay!

Morgans Beach A Private Paradise In Victoria
This secluded beach is one of the most beautiful in Victoria, with white sand, clear waters, and towering cliffs. Guests of Beekeepers have exclusive access to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax, swim, sunbathe, or explore.
Private Dunes
From the property, you will find private access to Morgans Beach, on the way there are several dunes to play around and make an epic stay at Beekeepers.
Cape Liptrap Lighthouse
We nearly blew over when the high sunset winds challenged us on an effortless, short walk out to the lighthouse. We laughed and ducked behind bushes and challenged the gusts to look out over the rocky cliffs. There wasn't a person in sight, and we had the whole place to ourselves.
Walkerville Historic Beach Walk
Make your way from the boat ramp along the rock strewn beach of Walkerville North and discover the incredible history of the limestone mining in this area. You will find caves that house families of fluffy mice bats, rock pools to explore and a panoramic view of the crystal blue waters that hug the coastline. The sun with rise directly in the front of this beach so a sunrise or morning stroll will really kickstart the day.
