Our Winter special has started and valid for stays 1st May to September 1st 2024. Stay 3 nights or more and pay for 2 nights.
Experience one of the best locations in Inverloch. This oceanfront, family-friendly home is located sea front at the Surf Beach Inverloch and is ideally positioned so that you also walking distance to the town, cafe's, pubs & shops and onto the calm waters of Anderson Inlet on the other beach side.
Enjoy the whole house and garden to yourself. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and large workstation, NBN WIFI and a 65″ TV and pet friendly enclosed garden.
The house sleeps 6-8 as
Bedroom 1 - queen downstairs next to shower bathroom/laundry
Bedroom 2 - king master with large WIR and en-suite upstairs
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds with another family bathroom upstairs
Extra bed - there is also a double sofa bed available at the top of the stairs with access to the family bathroom.
Heating/cooling is AC units on both levels
Please note:
This house is managed by The Beach House People- Holidays Rentals/ Property Management. Full linen is provided as standard- Please bring your own beach/pool towels & pet bedding/towels.
1 pet only. Please note that if you wish to bring more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival, extra charges may apply. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of guests under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. This is a registered holiday house and follows the rules and regulations set by Bass Coast Shire for Short Term Accommodation Local Law1 Neighbourhood Amenity.
You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport photos in the registration process....
