Phillip Island
About Phillip Island
With a rich traditional history (this is Boon Warrung land) and first class beaches, Phillip Island is so much more than just its annual Penguin Parade and Grand Prix tournament. For picture-perfect views of the Bass Strait, go for a wander along The Nobbies boardwalk. If you’re a history buff, visit Churchill Island and stand beneath the ancient, and sacred, Moonah trees. For nature lovers, Cape Woolamai is home to over four kilometres of pristine beach, westerly winds and high waves. Walk it, surf it or just soak up the sunshine. You do you. Afterwards, head back to your coastal cottage or beach shack for fish and chips on the deck.
