Takou Cottage is one of two identical adjoining cottages and comes with its own separate and unique Balinese style Summer House hidden in a few minutes walk through the gardens (first photo) complete with your own private and romantic outdoor claw foot bath perched on the deck - perfect for romantic stargazing and relaxing.

Indulge in alfresco claw foot baths under endless starlit skies; wake to bird song and sunlight filtering through the curtains; wander down to the river through hidden paths and subtropical gardens to watch the fish jumping and birds wading as the sun rises over the water; discover hidden glow worms and swimming holes as you explore our 150 acres of organic pasture, riverfront and native bush; borrow a canoe from the Boathouse and paddle along the pristine Takou River to discover the stunning sandy beaches at Takou Bay; fish, swim, kayak and explore, or simply bask in the bliss of doing absolutely nothing.
