Nestled on the NSW South Coast, on Yuin Country, Baia is an invitation to change the pace. The warm, love-filled home is a destination to slow down, discover and gather by the bay.

Surrounded by tall native trees in a quiet area, Baia is accessible for all of your exploring during your stay. A short wander down to the inlet, where you might spot some kangaroos, or an easy 6 minute drive to the many beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park.

The space, warm and homely, is artfully curated with design pieces, books, art, and self-repurposed furniture. It is an expression of our passion for bringing people together and getting lost in good conversation, food, drink and design while making memories and finding stillness.

Baia is a 3 bedroom home accommodating up to 6 guests. There are 3 character filled spacious bedrooms styled with a collection of new and vintage furnishings. There are two Queen rooms and one Double, all draped in amazingly soft French linen by Carlotta & Gee - You may not want to leave the bed.

Settle in and embrace a slower pace, whether you choose to sit around the sundrenched dining table while listening to your favourite sounds on the record player, or get lost in a good book at the window bench, feeling a sense of calm and relaxation is our intention.

We're big believers in self-care, so we've included 100% organic cotton towels and Australian botanical hand and body wash by Leif to help you create a relaxing self-care ritual.

With a well equipped kitchen, you may opt for collecting some of the local produce and fresh eats in the area, and preparing a feast at home. The breakfast bar seamlessly connects with the lush outdoor area, making for the perfect place to gather and be present. If you have spent the day exploring the incredible beaches around the Bay, then the outdoor shower (hot & cold) will be ready for you when you return!

In the cooler months, cosy up on the couch by the fireplace and or enjoy conversation around the outdoor firepit.

For those longer stays, the house provides a separate laundry equipped with a washer and dryer. You'll also find an additional toilet in this space.
