The private sanctuary boasts a large solar heated pool complete with gas heated spa, large entertaining deck with weber bbq, cubby house and trampoline for the kids all within the fully fenced yard.

Comfortably sleeping 10 guests over 4 bedrooms this retreat is tastefully decorated with enough space to keep the whole family happy even with a dedicated kids living bedroom space.

Located in a sought after location in Rye, only a short distance to beach, shops and restaurants and only a short 8 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Spring and Alba Thermal Springs & Spa.

Featuring 2 living spaces at opposite ends of the house, both with comfy couches, the main living space off the kitchen has a dining table, gas log fire place boasting in natural light from all directions.

Leading out to the main outdoor living space with outdoor table, bbq and umbrella, moving down to the fully fenced pool area with lounge chairs.
Other features include full size kitchen with butlers pantry, dishwasher and coffee machine (beans), laundry with washing machine and dryer, wifi, smart TV’s, high chair, stair gate, porta cot (please bring your own cot linen)

I was a bit disappointed that the spa wasnt working. The weather wasnt the best for beach - so I made sure to book a place with a heated pool/spa and I didnt get that. The instructions on how to turn on spa/pool weren’t very clear as well. House is beautiful and very spacious, not very clean though.

Really love the home!! The pool and entertaining space is great! Only downside was that there was a lot of ants (and dead ants everyday) in the kitchen and lounge room.

Sunset At Tyrone Beach

It's the bay beach at the end of Flinders St. Lovely family friendly beach with nice walk through the teas trees and plenty of cute bathing boxes. There was no one there so we could have our own moment! The sunset was unbelievable.

The Rye foreshore makes for a picturesque spot to walk along the sand, admire scattered sea-shells or just contemplate the day amidst the serenity that the calm bay provides - especially at sunset!

Swimming At Rye Main Beach

We enjoyed a tad chilly saltwater dip at the Rye main beach next to the pier. The water was so clear and still, we could see all the gorgeous sand ripples and also came across a little stingray!
