“Some places you visit. The Vineyard House is one you feel.”
If you are looking for a stay that goes beyond just a beautiful property, this is it. The Vineyard House at Sedona Estate was our first eve...r vineyard retreat, and it has set a standard we did not expect.

Every single detail has been thoughtfully considered — the warm ambient lighting, the framed wall art, the bathtub, the indoor fireplace, the breathtaking views from the lounge and the rooms. Nothing feels accidental. Everything feels intentional and beautiful. You can genuinely sense the love and effort that has gone into every corner of this home.

But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Sonja and Paul. Their warmth, the way they checked in on us, the little touches they left — these are hosts who genuinely care about your experience at every level. That is rare, and it is something you feel from the moment you arrive.

The Murrindindi Scenic Reserve is right at your doorstep for morning walks, and the vineyard setting itself is pure magic in winter — moody, misty and cinematic.

Whether you are coming for a romantic escape, a creative retreat or simply to slow down and breathe — this place delivers all of it beautifully.

Hell yes, we would recommend it. Without hesitation. 🍷🌿

We had the most wonderful stay at the Vineyard House! The home was immaculately clean and styled to perfection—every detail was thoughtfully curated, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The beds and... pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect escape.

The complimentary wine tasting was a fantastic experience—fun, insightful, and a lovely way to enjoy our afternoon. Sonja and Paul were an absolute delight to meet. Sonja’s communication was always prompt and incredibly helpful, which made everything seamless from start to finish.

We truly loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return again soon!

Adventures on the Property

These are the exclusive natural wonders and outdoor activities within the property boundaries.

Our Local Kangaroos

We are fortunate to enjoy a wide range of wildlife on our property. Kangaroos can often be seen from the Vineyard House on the nearby hill. Early morning hours and at dusk are the best times to spot the locals.

Our Galaxy

Turn off all nights on a clear night and step outside for a soulful stargazing night. To see our galaxy at its best, some preparation is required. Moon phase and time of the year have to be at an optimum to capture the Milky Way in a beautiful photo.

Meet The Winemaker

Take a stroll to the cellar door and enjoy an informative complimentary wine tasting experience with winemaker Paul. Graze on our delicious artisan platters in front of the open fire place in Winter or on our expansive terrace on weekends.

Baking Date By The Vineyard

Wet weather came as a gift — we turned the evening into a little baking date. First time baking cookies together, with the vineyard misty and beautiful right outside the window, and it ended up being one of the sweetest memories of our stay. Sometimes the weather has better plans for you than you do.

The Vineyard Lookout Walk

Some lookouts aren’t built — they’re found. Walk to the top of the property through the rows of vines and take in uninterrupted views of the rolling valley below. Just you, the breeze, and the winery stretched out beneath you.

Cellar Door On Site

A cellar door experience right on the property — taste Sedona Estate’s own wines while soaking in uninterrupted views of the vineyard and hills beyond. Wine tasting doesn’t get more authentic, or more scenic, than this.

The 6.3km return Wilhelmina Falls track begins at Water Gauge Camp, heads over the suspension bridge along the Murrindindi River Walk. After climbing over rocky steps, stairs give access to the upper and lower elevations of the Wilhelmina falls.

Yea Wetland Walk

Walk across the cable suspension bridge at the Yea Wetlands and lose yourself in the peace and tranquillity of the natural bush, Watch out for platypus or rakali (native water rats) foraging for food along the river bed and the rich birdlife of the wetlands.

Wilhelmina Falls Hike

We hiked 6.3km (return) to Wilhelmina Falls. This hike provided us with some fun: a bit of rock scrambling, chain holding, fallen trees to walk on as well as a breath-taking view of the 75-metre tall waterfall. The whole walk has a great view of the surrounding mountain ranges.
